1. CHRISTMAS PLUM CAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
For Soaking Fruits:
1 cup mixed dried fruits (raisins, black currants, chopped dates, etc.)
1/2 cup chopped candied peel
1/4 cup rum
½ of truti fruit red, green. Yellow
FOR THE CAKE:
200grms salted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Method
Combine mixed dried fruits, candied peel, dried apricots, and rum or any liqueur Let it soak for at least a 15days or overnight to allow the fruits to absorb the liquid.

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a cake tin with parchment paper.

1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional powdered sugar for dusting
Fresh berries, or meringue mushrooms

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
Prepare Batter:
